Terms of Service

Updated September 15, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Steely Pop Retailers online store and to orders placed there. The online store is intended solely for business customers approved by Steely Partners Oy for the resale of Steely Pop products.

The seller and operator of the online store is Steely Partners Oy, Business ID 3343734-8. The company's address is Hormistontie 2, 29180 Eurajoki, Finland. You can reach our customer service by email at info@steelypop.fi.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms of Service as well as the delivery terms presented before the order is confirmed. This is a business-to-business transaction, and the rights granted to consumers under consumer protection legislation do not apply.

Applying to Become a Retailer

Applications to become a retailer are submitted through the online store's application form. Applicants must have a valid Business ID or an equivalent foreign business identifier.

We mainly approve stores and online shops selling craft and hobby products as retailers. We assess the suitability of each applicant individually and decide whether to approve or reject the application. We may request additional information to process the application.

Submitting an application or creating a customer account does not in itself grant retailer status. The customer may begin placing orders once we have approved the application and activated the customer account.

Approval as a retailer applies to the company specified in the application. It does not grant any regional exclusivity or the right to enter into agreements or make commitments on behalf of Steely Partners Oy.

Customer Account

Product prices are visible and ordering is only possible for approved retailers who are logged in to the online store.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and currency of their company, contact, delivery, and billing information. Any changes to company details or the VAT identification number must be reported to us without delay.

Only persons authorized by the company in question may use the customer account. The person placing an order must have the authority to make purchases on behalf of the company. The customer is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure, and the credentials may not be shared with another company.

Any suspected misuse of login credentials must be reported to us without delay.

Ordering and Order Quantities

Products are ordered by adding them to the cart and confirming the order at checkout. Before confirming, the customer can review the products, quantities, prices, and contact and delivery details.

The minimum order quantity per product is 10 sales units. Products are sold in batches of ten sales units, so order quantities are 10, 20, 30 sales units, and so on. The number of jewelry findings contained in one sales unit is stated on the product page.

There is no minimum limit for the total order amount.

The order becomes binding on both parties once the customer confirms it at the online store's checkout. A confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer. If you don't see the confirmation, please also check your spam folder.

Prices and VAT

The product and delivery prices shown in the online store are tax-exclusive (VAT 0%) prices. VAT is calculated and added to the prices at checkout according to the customer's and the order's tax status.

Finnish VAT currently in force is added to orders delivered to Finland. An order delivered to another EU country may be treated as VAT-exempt intra-Community supply when the customer has a valid VAT identification number issued in another EU country, the goods are transported from Finland to another EU country, and the other conditions for VAT-exempt intra-Community supply are met.

The customer must provide the information required to determine the correct tax treatment already when applying to become a retailer, and must report any changes to that information. If the conditions for VAT exemption are not met, the sale will be subject to tax treatment in accordance with applicable law.

The final prices of the products, VAT, delivery fee, any discounts, and other costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to change product prices and delivery fees. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Invoicing and Payment

The customer chooses either an email invoice or an e-invoice as the billing method.

We send the invoice within 1–3 business days of receiving the order. The payment term is seven calendar days from the date the invoice is sent. The due date is stated on the invoice.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the billing email address or e-invoice address provided is valid and that the invoice reaches the correct recipient.

Late payments may incur interest on arrears as applicable to business-to-business transactions under the Finnish Interest Act, as well as statutory collection costs.

Product Availability

We aim to keep product availability information up to date. In the exceptional case that an ordered product cannot be delivered, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

We will not replace a missing product with another product without the customer's consent. If a product cannot be delivered and no other solution is agreed, the undelivered product will be removed from the invoice or credited. If the customer has already paid for the product, we will refund the amount paid.

Delivery

We deliver orders to Finland and the EU. The available delivery countries, delivery methods, delivery prices, and processing and delivery time information are stated in the online store's delivery information. The options available for the order and delivery address, as well as the final delivery fee, are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Stated delivery times are estimates, unless a specific delivery time has been separately agreed.

We are responsible for the shipment until it is received by the customer or the recipient designated by the customer. If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, the customer should contact our customer service. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement delivery or a refund.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information and for receiving the shipment. Failing to collect the shipment or refusing to accept it does not cancel the order.

Changing, Cancelling, and Returning Orders

The customer does not have a voluntary right to cancel an order or return products. Products that are free of defects and delivered in accordance with the order cannot be returned.

Changes to an order can be requested by email at info@steelypop.fi before the order has been processed or the invoice has been sent. The customer should check with us whether a change is still possible. A change takes effect only once we have confirmed it.

These terms do not limit the customer's rights under applicable law arising from a defect in the product, a delay in delivery, or any other breach of contract by the seller.

Defective Products and Delivery Shortages

The customer must inspect the contents, quantities, and the visible condition of the products as soon as possible after receiving the delivery. Any defect or shortage must be reported within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered. A defect that appears later must be reported as soon as possible after it is discovered.

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or if products are missing from the delivery, please contact us at info@steelypop.fi. Include your order number, the products and quantities in question, and a description of the problem. Please attach photos of the products and packaging if they help clarify the issue.

In the case of transport damage, please also keep the outer packaging and packing materials for investigation purposes.

Please do not send products back before receiving instructions from us. Filing a complaint does not require the sales unit to remain unopened.

Steely Partners Oy is responsible for defects in the products it sells in accordance with applicable law. A defect or shortage will be remedied as appropriate, for example by completing the delivery, providing a defect-free product, or crediting the product. We cover the necessary return and delivery costs arising from handling a justified complaint.

Reselling Products and Product Safety

The retailer independently decides on its own selling prices. Any recommended prices that Steely Pop may indicate are not binding on the retailer.

Products may only be resold in their original Steely Pop sales packaging. Packages may not be opened to sell components separately, products may not be repackaged, and they may not be sold as the retailer's own products or under the retailer's own brand.

The retailer must store the products properly and ensure that product identifiers, essential product information, and safety markings remain available to customers. The retailer is responsible for the legality of its own sales and marketing, and for meeting the applicable language and disclosure requirements in the country of sale.

Steely Partners Oy is responsible for the compliance of the products it sells and the accuracy of the product information it provides, in accordance with its own statutory obligations.

If the retailer discovers a possible safety defect in a product, it must suspend sales of that product and notify us without delay. The retailer must, where necessary, cooperate in tracing, withdrawing, and recalling products, and must follow the relevant safety instructions.

Use of Product Images and Product Information

Approved retailers may use the product images and product information published in Steely Pop's online stores when selling and marketing Steely Pop products.

This material may not be used to market other products or in a way that gives a misleading impression of the product, its properties, or its manufacturer. When product information is translated or edited, its factual content must remain accurate.

After the customer relationship has ended, the retailer may continue to use the product images and product information to sell off the remaining products purchased from us. However, they may no longer represent themselves as a current authorized retailer of Steely Pop.

Suspending and Terminating the Customer Relationship

The retailer customer relationship does not involve any obligation to purchase. The customer may stop ordering at any time.

Steely Partners Oy may restrict or suspend the use of a customer account if the customer fails to pay or breaches these Terms of Service. The customer relationship may be terminated due to a material or repeated breach. Where the situation is remediable, the customer will first be given a reasonable time to correct it. In the case of serious misuse, the customer relationship may be suspended or terminated immediately.

We may also terminate the customer relationship if our business operations change materially, or for another justified business reason. In such cases, we will notify the customer of the termination within a reasonable time in advance.

Termination of the customer relationship does not in itself cancel orders that have already been confirmed. If the customer's payment failures give good reason to suspect that an order will remain unpaid, we may also suspend the delivery of an already accepted order in accordance with applicable law. We will notify the customer of the suspension without delay.

Termination of the customer relationship does not remove either party's obligations relating to prior orders.

Processing of Personal Data

The personal data of applicants, customers, and companies' contact persons is processed as described in the online store's Privacy Policy.

Validity and Amendment of These Terms

An order is subject to the Terms of Service that were in effect at the time the order was placed.

We may update these terms as our online store's operations or applicable legislation change. Updated terms apply to orders placed after they are published.

We will notify existing customers of material changes concerning the use of the customer account or the retailer relationship within a reasonable time before the changes take effect.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service and agreements made in the online store are governed by Finnish law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiations between the customer and Steely Partners Oy.

If no settlement is reached, the dispute will be resolved as the court of first instance in the district court of Steely Partners Oy's domicile in Finland.
