Steely Pop Retailers is an online store for Steely Pop's authorized retailers.
Authorized retailers (such as craft and hobby shops) can shop directly through the Steely Pop Retailers site, which makes ordering easier and faster.
How do I become a retailer of Steely Pop products?
How do I become a retailer of Steely Pop products?
Apply to become a retailer through our site under Become a Retailer. Fill in the requested details and submit your application. We'll let you know whether you've been approved within 1–3 business days.
We mainly approve craft and hobby supply retailers and chains, as well as online stores in the industry, as retailers.

First, submit your retailer application on our site under Become a Retailer.
Once we've approved your application, we'll notify you. We'll activate your login credentials at the same time.
How do I see product prices?

Product prices are only visible to our approved retailers who are logged in to the store. If you're one of our retailers, log in to see prices and start shopping.
Ordering, payment, and delivery
How do I place an order?

First, log in to our store with your own credentials. Once logged in, you'll see product prices and stock levels and can place an order.
Add the products you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in the requested details and choose your preferred payment method. Submit your order.
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an automatic order confirmation from us.
How is the order paid for?
How is the order paid for?
You can choose to pay by email invoice or Peppol e-invoice. We'll send the invoice to your company within 1-5 business days. The payment term is 7 days.
How is the order delivered?

We generally deliver your order within 1-4 business days of receiving it.
We ship your parcel via Matkahuolto's parcel delivery service, delivered to the address you choose. Small parcels are shipped via Posti's Pikkupaketti, delivered together with letter mail to the address you choose.

You can see photos of the product packaging in our Catalog or by going to the product's details page.
Products are packaged in a transparent cellophane bag. The bag has an 8 mm hanging hole at the top, making it easy to display products directly on store hooks.
Packaging includes EAN barcodes and product information in Finnish and Swedish.

The minimum order quantity for products is 10 bags / product. Products are packaged in sets of 10, so order quantities are 10 pcs, 20 pcs, 30 pcs, and so on.
You can adjust the quantity you want to order in your cart before submitting your order.
There's no minimum order value for the order itself, meaning you can order products for whatever amount you'd like.

The products are manufactured in China. Steely Pop has two long-standing partners who manufacture our products.

Yes. Steely Pop's entire business idea is to offer jewelry makers products that are safe.
Jewelry safety is something we've specifically invested in throughout our more than 10-year company history.
We have a detailed quality control system that includes, among other things, laboratory testing of our products.
As the importer, we're responsible for ensuring that all the products we sell meet the EU's jewelry safety requirements and are safe.

Yes. Steely Pop's products comply with the EU's REACH regulation and are safe to use.

How large is the retailer product selection?
How large is the retailer product selection?
Our current retailer selection covers 28 products. The selection has been carefully curated, and the products in it complement each other well from a sales perspective.
We'll be expanding the selection with new products in the coming months. If you're looking for a specific product to be added to the collection, send us a message at info@steelypop.fi. We'd love to hear retailers' views on what products the selection should include.
How should the products best be displayed in-store?
How should the products best be displayed in-store?
The products have a hanging hole at the top, so the best way to display them is on hook/peg fixtures.
We've found that a wide product range sells better as a whole. That's why we recommend our retailers stock the entire selection at once.
Can we get sample packages?
